FAT CAVITATION
It’s no surprise that, for many of us, losing stubborn pockets of fat and maintaining body goals can seem confusing and challenging when there are so many fat loss trends to follow, exercise routines to try, and diets to follow.
The fat cavitation procedure offers an innovative, non-invasive, and less expensive alternative to liposuction.
The Ultrasonic fat cavitation treatment uses ultrasonic energy to melt away fat and shape the body to reduce inches without the extensive risks associated with traditional fat reduction techniques like liposuction.

FAT CAVITATION
Fat Cavitation works by putting a strong wave of pressure on the fat cell membranes with a low-frequency ultrasound. This pressure leaves fat cells unable to withstand the pressure and they dissolve into liquid, free fatty acids. Following this, the body moves the fatty acids through the lymphatic system and the liver, where they will be naturally metabolised.

FAQ
What is cavitation?
An ultrasound cavitation procedure used mostly for fat reduction. Cavitation is a natural sculpting process utilising low-frequency ultrasound, and it doesn't require anaesthesia. Unlike liposuction, this procedure does not cause scarring, discomfort, or downtime, and is considered a safe alternative. Ultrasound works by generating a pressure wave that targets fat cell membranes. When the membranes are under pressure, they collapse into a liquid state, which is naturally eliminated by the body, resulting in fat loss.
How does Lipo Cavitation work?
Cavitation is performed using a specially designed hand piece. High-frequency ultrasonic waves transmitted by the hand piece travel in high-speed cycles that include compression and expansion methods. The increase in the number of micro-cavities occurs by rotating this cycle back and forth. The process involves the gradual expansion of microcavities that then collide and implode, creating shockwaves that promote emulsification & elimination of the fat tissues in the target area (known as cavitation). Lymphatic and urinary systems readily remove this liquid from the body, consequently reducing fat.
Where are fat cells stored?
A person's fat cells can have different sizes, but they have the same number, regardless of their weight or size. The fat is mainly stored inside adipocytes and between muscles and the skin membrane, where triglycerides are located.
What happens to the released fat?
A cavitation treatment releases excess fat into the interstitial spaces between the cells. Glycerol and fatty free acids are formed here after it is metabolised. The water-soluble form of glycerol is absorbed by the circulatory system and used for energy. Through the liver and kidneys, insoluble fatty acids are transported and processed as if they were from foods, and then are eliminated naturally.
How long does treatment take?
The average fat cavitation session lasts approximately forty minutes when treating one part of the body at a time. Each fat-eliminating session must be spaced to allow the body to finish eliminating the fat. Ideally, six to ten sessions are needed for fat reduction.
What can be treated with the lipo cavitation system?
The most appropriate treatment areas include the thighs, abdomen, and buttocks due to their localised fat. Skin tightening, reducing general fat, and treating cellulite are all possible with this procedure.
How many treatments will I need?
Between 8 – 12 treatments is recommended, however, you should experience significant results from the third session onwards.
Do I need to diet & exercise?
We recommend that you drink 1.5 liters of water before and after each session to aid in fat elimination. In order to aid the body in naturally passing the fat through the system, it is recommended to maintain a low calorie diet and regular exercise.
Who is suitable?
During the consultation, you will undergo a full assessment to determine whether or not you are a suitable candidate. The procedure is unable to be performed on those with cardiac or vascular diseases or pacemakers. Similarly, if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Is it safe?
Yes. This is a nonsurgical procedure that is non-invasive and requires no recovery time.
Can I lose weight with Ultrasonic cavitation?
Cavitation is not designed specifically to lose weight, but to reshape the body. In particular, it reduces the love handles that are difficult to get rid of through diet and exercise. The treatment is similar to liposuction, as it removes the cellulite and prevents it from returning without causing any damage to the vascular system.
What are the long term results I can expect with Lipo Cavitation?
The body will gradually clear out the broken down fatty tissues over a period of weeks, resulting in a volume reduction in fat tissues. By the end of the course of treatments, it is not uncommon to achieve a reduction of 10 cm in body mass. If you follow a healthy diet and exercise programme, the results will be long lasting. Having overindulged or consuming too much alcohol can cause fat to be deposited back into the body.
How long do I have to wait for another treatment?
It takes approximately 3 days for the fat to leave the body following a treatment, hence we recommend a week-long interval in between treatments.
Are there any side effects to this treatment?
It is rare to experience any side effects, but it is possible to experience temporary redness, excessive thirst or nausea immediately after the treatment. These minor side effects can often be alleviated by simply drinking water.
What are the pre-treatment and post treatment guidelines?
To make sure the body is properly utilizing and metabolising the energy released by the treatment, follow a low-calorie diet for a couple of days after the treatment. In order to facilitate the elimination of broken down fat, drinking water is an essential part of the treatment. Patients are able to resume their daily activities following the treatment.
